Pathway Scout + Liason (Freelance)

We're looking for a relationally gifted, self-motivated individual to help us connect the dots—between families seeking care and clinicians seeking meaningful work.
As a Pathway Scout + Liaison, you'll represent Ascend Path ABA in the community and online, helping build our waitlist of families and our network of talented BCBAs and RBTs. This is a flexible, freelance-style role—perfect for someone with strong people skills and a passion for intentional care.
Key Traits:
- Warm, clear communicator
- Familiar with the world of ABA, behavioral health, or education
- Comfortable reaching out, following up, and representing our brand
- Independent and mission-minded
- Bonus: experience with recruiting, sales, or outreach
Compensation:
This is a commission-based or performance-incentivized role, with opportunity to grow alongside us.
